Thursday, February 1st, 2007I had to stay overnight at a hospital for a emergency surgery as a teenager. Although my mom worked as a ER/ICU nurse, I really had no idea what to expect.
I nearly jumped out of my bed when a nurse came to check on me in the middle of the night. And again the second time. And the third…(They don’t really leave you alone for very long!)
So, before you take a loved one (or yourself) to the hospital for surgery or other medical procedures, have a listen to this short podcast (below).
