MSNBC reports that CIA Director Leon Panetta has ended a ‘very serious’ covert program the agency kept secret from Congress for eight years.
Panetta was described as “stunned” that he had not been informed of the program until nearly five months into his tenure as director.
Question - How will he know the program has ended when he never knew it was there in the first place?

Now that the covert program has ended, shouldn’t we be able to hear about it? What was it do you think? How can we find out? I vote for government transparency whenever I get a chance! Cindy
