Hurricane Bill is 4 - Here’s what that means

Hurricane Bill has strengthened to a category 4.

While the US isn’t in the direct path, the Eastern seaboard has been warned of rip tides and rough seas through Sunday (we’re looking at you surfers and swimmers….).

Here are hurricane category definitions.
